Living Waters Woodford Green

The Living Waters Programme, written by Andy Comiskey of Desert Stream Ministries, has been one of the most redemptive pastoral tools for the healing of emotional wounds, relationship and identity issues in the body of Christ for over twenty-five years.  It now operates worldwide in over twenty countries. Our programme here in Woodford Green has been running successfully since 1994.  It is a three term in-depth healing and discipleship programme. 

Each weekly meeting, on a Monday evening, consists of;

• Large group worship and teaching

• Ministry and healing prayer in small, same-sex groups.

Confidentiality and safe boundaries are part of the foundations of the programme, making it a safe place to find help with difficult personal issues. All prayer ministry is provided by the leadership team.  There is a charge for the programme, which covers all materials, refreshments and administration, as well as contributions to the national and international work of the ministry.

There are also reading assignments for each week. Participants of the course need to be committed to attending every session. The following are requirements for those who wish to attend the programme:

• A desire to deepen your relationship with Christ

• A desire to allow Christ to reveal His intentions for  your sexuality and the way you relate to others

• A willingness to face any sinfulness of your present state and the painful realities that led you there

• A willingness to be open and honest with others

• A willingness to receive the healing ministry of the Holy Spirit

• A desire and willingness to walk free from sexual and relational struggles and find loving relationships within the body of Christ
